NAMSAA AGM Notice 2025-26

Dear Member,

This is to notify that the 18th Annual General Meeting of New Alipore Multipurpose School Alumni Association will be held on Sunday, 12th July 2026 at 4:30 P.M. in the library room at the Registered Office of the Association located at New Alipore Multipurpose School, 23A D. H. Road, New Alipore, Kolkata 700053 to transact the following business.

ORDINARY BUSINESS

AGENDA

1. To receive, consider and adopt the Report from the General Secretary for the year 2025–26.
2. To receive and accept the Auditor's Report and adopt the Balance Sheet as on 31st March 2026, the Income and Expenditure Account for the year ended on the said date and the Receipts and Payments Account for the period from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026 as audited.
3. To appoint Auditors for the year 2026–27 and to fix their remuneration.
4. To elect the Executive Committee and Office Bearers for the year 2026–27.
5. To consider any other business as may be brought by giving 14 days' previous notice from any member.
6. To consider any other important and urgent matter with the permission of the Chair.

Members of New Alipore Multipurpose School Alumni Association are invited to attend the above notified meeting.

Note: Admission in NAMSAA AGM is reserved for bonafide members of NAMSAA only. If in doubt, please verify the status of membership before attending AGM.
